Please refer to your lease agreement for whether a 30 or 60-day notice is required. We understand that the Residential Lease calls for either a 30 or 60-day notice before we move out. A thirty (30) or sixty (60) notice can be given anytime during the month but will not apply until the last day of the month. This notice must be received by Management on or before the last day of the month, at least thirty (30) or sixty (60) days prior to your lease expiration. Example: If notice to vacate was received by Management on July 15th the 60-day notice would begin July 31st, generating a September 30th move out date. The tenant(s) may move out anytime during this period but are responsible for the full rent. Tenants may request a move out inspection. *
